Healing from Within is the 3rd annual ALL INCLUSIVE wellness retreat from Spiritus Wellness.

This immersive and holistic retreat is designed to support your four bodies of wellness (emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual) and provide participants with sustainable wellness rituals. This experience will feature wellness workshops curated to liberate your wellness practice, daily accessible movement, & daily guided meditations.
