MEET ZAMI

I have an MSW, MAST, and I’m the CEO and founder of Spiritus Wellness. My mission is to support corporations in increasing employee satisfaction, by integrating holistic wellness into policies, procedures and practices, to sustain diverse, creative and high quality talent. 

I am passionate about providing tools and resources to universities, organizations, clinics and health departments, on creating environments that not only serve, Communities of Color, women, femmes, as well as Transgender and Non-binary people, but also hire, retain and develop their highly valuable diverse staff.

GENDER AFFIRMING CARE

I have over 13 years’ experience in developing and implementing health behavior and health promotion programs. I have worked with both state and local health departments, statewide health agencies as well as community based organizations and tech companies to create:

•  Affirming policies, procedures and spaces 
•  Justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for Transgender and Non-binary employees
•  Training and coaching for executive leadership

In order to support organizations and businesses in retaining diverse, creative and high quality talent, I also provide:
